A Word from Severo

First and foremost, I would like to thank our Lord, for giving me the strength, power and guidance I need in order to pursue and accomplish all my dreams. I would also like to thank my whole family. Mama, thank you for always being there for me under any circumstance that we have been through and thank you for sharing with me your loving and compassionate ways. I will always be your “baby”. Daddy, thank you for always being there for me and for always standing beside me in anything and everything I do. You are my hero! Javi, I want to thank you for being the strong person you are and for taking care of me as a child and still today. Grandma, I love you with all my heart and everything I ever do in life is to make you happy and proud of your bright and shining star and your diamond. Just how my song “Amor de Familia” states, El amor de familia nunca se acabara. The love you all have given me is my strength and my joy. I owe you more than a lot, I owe you EVERYTHING. To my friends who help me carry on day to day with support and love, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Consuelo thank you for being the sisters I never had. Andres, you have been with me ever step of the way and I thank you for always being there for me, you are not just my best friend, but you are like my brother. To Kristy and all the crew of friends that helped me out with my cd release party, thank you. Thank you to all the radio stations for playing my music, DJ’s and also fellow New Mexico artists for all your support. A special thanks to Bobby Madrid for playing trumpet on my CD. I would also like to thank Steve Chavez for all his hard work, devotion, and dedication to New Mexico music. Without you Steve, my dream would have never become a reality. You are a great musician that I admire and wish you and your family all the best.

I would like to dedicate this CD to all those people who were always there for me throughout the years of my life. Also to all the youth, keep shooting for the stars and know that they are always within reach. To all my fans, thank you for all your support, love, and devotion. You are the ones that give me life on stage and you are also the ones that give me my strength and desire to share my talents with the world. I love you all!!!
